My name is Shauna Hammon. I am the principal of El Capitan Public School in Colorado City, Arizona. We are in a rural school district. We have a  1A school. We serve about 230 students, grades six through twelve. We've brought on an administrator this coming year to work with our junior high. So my focus will be on the high school, grades nine through twelve. Something I'm really excited about our school is due to the fact that we are such a small community, we are able to work with students and meet them where they're at and create plans to help them be successful.
