Hello, my name is Julia Maxwell. I am the superintendent principal of Merion School in Marion Montana. We are a K through 8 school.

I run just about every position. You can think of I'm a single administrator in a rule, single independent district. And the reason I have decided to be a part of this is because I want to make sure that evaluations are valuable and have real neat and understanding for the teachers, when I was a teacher, I very much dislike devaluation time because I felt like it was never an accurate picture, and it really didn't mean.

Anything. It just felt like busy work and I want to make sure my teachers don't feel like that. And on my end, I want to make sure I am showcasing the teachers strengths and also using these as a tool to help increase our teachers skill level,
