    One notecard for each teacher you supervise, including teacher's schedule. If documenting visits on notecards, 100 recorded classroom visits in 45 days or less, excluding days when you are not completing normal admin duties (e.g. out sick, at district office, covering classes, etc.). You can include multiple photos or files. If your records are in Repertoire or if you are sending them via email, please indicate below.

      Please draw a full-page pie chart (handwritten or electronic) to represent your goals for getting into classrooms. Label and weight each slice of the chart to indicate its relative importance. Possible intentions include, among others:
