We are required by our county to use a walkthrough feedback form. I am not a huge fan because I don't feel it gives me a good picture of what is happening in the classroom. I am to busy trying to make sure I mark off all the boxes that I don't really get a chance to genuinely appreciate what is happening in the classroom.
