I supervise about 15 teachers and I don't have it down to an exact science as far as how often I'll see them throughout the school year, but just based off the math that you made or that you presented around 30 teachers. So that's half for me. So that means it's going to take me five days to complete the cycle. And then at the end of the year, I'm looking at possibly but double the 18 to 36. So 36 visits per school year. I'm excited about that number. I'm excited to take on that challenge. And optimistic about the type of relationship that it will build the type of capturing that I'll have during my observations, which will then lead into more strategic plan, in strategic PD and also some differentiation in terms of the level of support that I'll be able to provide. So I'm excited about getting in the classroom three times a day, supervising my 15 teachers and it being 36 visits per teacher for year. That's awesome.

Khalid Oluewu

Principal/Lead Learner

I supervise 27 teachers. That would be a 9 day rotation and I would see each teacher on average 20 times in the year.

Lisa Henline

Principal

We have 56 teachers and if I were to conduct three walkthrough per day I would see each teacher roughly every 18 working days.

Shaun Cleary

Assistant Principal

60 staff, 15-20 teachers a week I observe

Nicholas Edwards

Principal

I supervise/support 29 teachers. Three a day would allow me to get to every teacher in the course of 10 days. Right now I get to every teacher 2-4 times a year.

Rob Shaffer

Principal

I only have 9 teachers at my school, so visiting 3 teachers per day would equate to 1.67 visits per week, almost 7 visits per month, and nearly 70 visits per year. Not sure how my teachers would receive getting that much feedback!

Tanya Newell

Principal

I supervise 25 teachers, so at 3 per day, it would take 9 days to complete a cycle

Joe Santicerma

Principal

So we have about 65 teachers in our elementary school. I am the assistant principal. And then we have one principal. So if we split up the teachers in half, that's about 32, 33. So the two week cycle would work well for for us. And then one idea is that we could go back and forth. Sometimes I would take one half of the teachers, and then the principal will take the other. Or we can switch vice versa. So, yeah, about the two weeks would be the perfect amount of time for us to get through all of our staff members.

Nadia Luenig

Assistant Principal

I supervise 23 teachers. At 3 a day it would take me 8 days to complete a full rotation.

Lee Barrios

Principal

I run two small alternative high schools. Total of 11 teachers. So really I can see all my teachers 3 or 4 days. With the number of school days that should get me into each class over 40 times a year.

Bobby Riley

Principal

I currently supervise 21 teachers. That means that I should be getting to every teacher every 7 days. That means I can complete 2 rounds every 3 weeks, in a 36 week calendar that should equal 24 visits to each teacher.

In addition to that, my district requires formal, evaluative visits to all non-permanent teachers every year which is about 10 teachers in my department. I don't believe that this will interfere with the regular cycle of visits, and I can add informal observations to the growth visit section of the formal process.

Ximena Rodriguez

Assistant Principal

I supervise 12 teachers, so by visiting three per day, I will visit their classrooms every four days.

Kyle Hutchinson

Assistant Principal

Roughly 35-40 teachers are in my department. 3 a day would lend me to 2.5 weeks cycles and in total, about 14x per year I would see each teacher.

Geanna Trelease

Supervisor of Curriculum and Instruction for Special Education

16 teachers (at least three times before the end of the school year)

Jeff Salmeri

ELA Supervisor

23 teachers, 3 visits per day, 8 days per cycle

Angie Rasmussen

School Director

I supervise 18 teachers so if I visit 3 a day I would get to them every six days.

Andrea Puhl

Principal

I supervise/support 23 teachers in my school and can visit them every two weeks.

Bonita Hayward-Demmons

Principal

I am in a small rural high school. This year I will be supervising 6 teachers. I will be visiting the 16 times in a year.

Shauna Hammon

Principal

As a district administrator, I oversee 240 teachers. I plan to devote time in each building one day per week. Over a month's time, I will see 12-15 teachers in each building. So 75 in a month.

Beth Fischer

Assistant Superintendent

34 teachers (at least twice before the end of the school year)

Estelle Benson

Principal

I supervise 24 teachers. Three visits per day would work out to an 8-day rotation. I would see each teacher every other week.

Tosha-Lyn Francis

Principal

I supervise 18 teachers total. So, getting in classrooms at least once per week per teacher is usually my goal. I don't want to go in too often so it doesn't look like micromanaging, but I also want to make sure my presence isn't a surprise.

Jill Talewsky

Supervisor of Mathematics

I don't supervise any teachers. I supervise counselors & nurses. When it is not testing season I see them often.

Anthony Mormile

District Director of Guidance

I support 8 teachers in the PK-2nd grade program at my school. I believe I can get into their classrooms more frequently than I did last year. I also am a full time teacher so sometimes teaching and other admin duties (parent phone calls or emails, student behavior) take me away from getting into the classroom during the day.

Katy Rohr

Director of Early Childhood

I am the director so technically I oversee all of the special education teachers in 6 different buildings as well as all of the CST team members. The way we do evaluations is that all of the administrators get split up over the district. I am responsible for final evaluations of CST Team members.

Marc DeMarco

Director of Special Services

Hi there, I supervise this year about 60 teachers. So I'm double the model that Justin has outlined for us in the module so far. So just going by the math, if I supervise 60 teachers and I try to see three teachers a day that will put me into those classrooms nine times a year, which I'm embarrassed to say, still, probably better than what I've been doing. Yeah. I am in a little bit of an unusual circumstance this year, as I am the solo administrator, which is a temporary thing. We lost one of our administrators. So I've been doing double duty this year. So I hope to get a little bit of relief from that next year, but I still think it's important to take this model and be visible, be present and be starting that model to give that really good feedback for our teachers.
