I have not heard of the chronological system. I look at my big double drawer filing long cabinet and have no idea where to find stuff that I put in there that the principal before me has put in there. So I am eager to try this method.

I keep all of my notes in a notebook not only for walkthroughs but for all meetings. It is an excellent way to keep track of all that happens during my busy days!
