One of our biggest areas of need is how to give the students more responsibility in the lesson while still providing the support they need to be successful. So, rather than the teacher demonstrating everything, allowing the students to play a more active role in their learning. This topic can benefit teachers at all grade levels and subject areas. It can be tailored to different levels of student and different teacher abilities as well.

The biggest area of concern for us is classroom management. We usually have teachers with less than 2 years in the classroom and it is one thing a teacher needs experience with and then PD in order to improve.
